Getting Involved

Purple needs help!

Currently, there are three distinct areas in which it is possible to contribute:


Write plug-ins. This is perhaps the easiest way (for a developer) to work with Purple, as you simply need to use the dedicated Purple API and do whatever it is you want to do.
Write a user interface.
Hack on the Purple engine. If you're not afraid of thousands of lines of C code, this is the option for you. :)
